SpaceLizit is an AI-powered immigration automation platform serving US immigration law firms. We automate USCIS workflows, prevent RFEs, and help attorneys manage cases at scale using artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
- Build and maintain responsive UI components using React.js and Next.js
- Implement pixel-perfect designs from Figma or design specs
- Manage application state using Redux, Zustand, or React Query
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
Backend Development
- Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and NestJS
- Design and manage MongoDB database schemas and queries
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- Write unit and integration tests for backend services
Collaboration & DevOps
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams in agile sprints
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Use Git for version control and manage feature branches
- Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines on AWS or Vercel
Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Solid understanding of React.js and component-based architecture
- Familiarity with Node.js and Express or NestJS
- Basic knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL database design
- Understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL concepts
- Version control experience with Git / GitHub
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Next.js (App Router preferred)
- Exposure to GraphQL (Apollo Client / Server)
- Knowledge of Docker and containerisation basics
- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Lambda, EC2)
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first frameworks
